My name is Tyler Haley and I serve as the Chief of Police for Coopertown Police Department. We are located approx. 20 minutes north/northwest of downtown Nashville. I have been a customer of Dana Safety for several years; I first became a customer when it was named Fleet Safety. At the time we became customers the location we utilized was in Memphis, TN. To be honest, I was very displeased with the service, professionalism and the overall experience. I was very close to switching outfitters until I heard there was a Dana Safety coming to Nashville. I thought to myself I'll give that location a try. I met Kyle and Kevin, and they are great to work with, and I continued to stay a customer while bringing other agencies with me. I spoke and continue to speak highly of Dana Safety and Kevin in the shop when I'm talking to other Police Chiefs and Sheriff's. Kevin is a hard worker, he is very dedicated, knowledgeable, and great at what he does. Kevin is always willing to lend a hand and help me with various car issues. Over the years I have formed a relationship with Kyle and Kevin and have really enjoyed the time together. I have been a customer of multiple outfitters, and I can proudly say Dana Safety has been, by far, the easiest and most reasonable to work with. I hope to continue the strong relationship we have and to be a customer for many years to come.

The new police package Ford F-150 from Dana Safety Supply really makes a strong first impression. Step inside, and you can tell right away someone actually thought through every detail. The lighting and siren system jumps out immediately. The emergency lights? Super bright, easy to spot from any angle, and thankfully they don't bounce glare back into the cab. You can flip on whatever you need fast, without looking away from the road. The siren blasts are loud and sharp, exactly what you want rolling up to a call. Everything inside looks tidy and put together. No tangled wires or loose ends. Radios, computers, all the gear they're locked in place. Even bouncing down a rough road, nothing shakes or rattles. That says a lot about how well they put this together. The hardware brackets, mounts, all of it feels tough. Not some flimsy stuff that's going to break after a few shifts. You get the sense the equipment can handle real police work, day after day. All in all, Dana Safety Supply turned the Ford F-150 into a real workhorse. It's reliable, simple to use, and you can tell they built it for officers, not just to look good in a brochure. This kind of setup doesn't get in your way it actually helps you do the job better. That's exactly what you want from a patrol truck.

I want to extend a personal "Thank You" for the time and effort put into AFR'S Silverado builds. The trucks were delivered today and WOW!!!! I put a lot of time and effort into the Fleet here at AFR; nothing is better than working with people who do the same. Karen has been solid since way back in 2019 when I first met her through the Chief in charge. When we first started out it was a bit rocky to tell you the truth, but then a change was made and that made a world of difference. That was bringing in Mike to run the place! He's Aggressive like me with getting things done; I like it! We chatted for a minute here at my shop while he presented the trucks and I could see the pride and effort that he has in what he is doing. It definitely reflects in his work. Timing is everything and the crew got to meet our PIO, Jason Fejer. He is responsible for all social media for AFR. Facebook, Instagram, podcasts and the new media is his wheelhouse. In the coming days, probably Friday you will see the 2 trucks in a photo shoot, video and captions on there delivery. I hope they make you proud like I' am to know this joint effort from Karen, Randy, Mike, and you got us here. We will be taking some more pictures that I will be sending over for Mike and Karen to use and display the pride and relationship AFR has with Melloy and Dana. The Roswell Police Department would like to thank you for your outstanding service. We have ordered 20 Dodge Durangos through your company. We have been pleased with the quality and timeliness of your service. We have received excellent customer service from Cody Craig and Beau Shumway. No question is unimportant to them. The deliveries we quick and the vehicles were ready to hit the streets once they arrived. We lost multiple vehicles due to a large flood in town. Dana Outfitting delivered our units faster then expected during this pressing time. The reliability and moral of the police department would not be where it is today without these new units. I have used Dana Safety Supply now going on 10 years. Cody has been my sales rep the whole time. Cody has always been great to work with; He is very knowledgeable of the equipment. When it comes time getting the quotes in for bids, he has always been very efficient. He keeps track when the equipment is coming and advises me when it arrives. I then started to work with Ryan who is over the shop in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Ryan is also great to work with. Ryan keeps me up to date on the installation of the equipment and when units are finished and ready to be picked up. When we have had a few issues with some of the equipment Ryan has always been ready and willing to address the issues that we're having, and then having the problem repaired in a reasonable time. Great people, great customer service

Our patrol cars were a mess and were always having wiring issues, so we met with Cody Craig and Ryan Simpson about revamping our fleet since purchasing new cars was not an option at this point. Dana quickly went through our entire fleet, and we have not had one issue since. They are my go-to!

Mike and the crew are excellent, units were built around the officers. Customer Service is top notch, had a gremlin get into the programming, Mike came to our office and fixed it. We are 2.5 hours away.
