I have used Dana Safety Supply now going on 10 years. Cody has been my sales rep the whole time. Cody has always been great to work with; He is very knowledgeable of the equipment. When it comes time getting the quotes in for bids, he has always been very efficient. He keeps track when the equipment is coming and advises me when it arrives. I then started to work with Ryan who is over the shop in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Ryan is also great to work with. Ryan keeps me up to date on the installation of the equipment and when units are finished and ready to be picked up. When we have had a few issues with some of the equipment Ryan has always been ready and willing to address the issues that we're having, and then having the problem repaired in a reasonable time. Great people, great customer service

Our patrol cars were a mess and were always having wiring issues, so we met with Cody Craig and Ryan Simpson about revamping our fleet since purchasing new cars was not an option at this point. Dana quickly went through our entire fleet, and we have not had one issue since. They are my go-to!

Mike and the crew are excellent, units were built around the officers. Customer Service is top notch, had a gremlin get into the programming, Mike came to our office and fixed it. We are 2.5 hours away.
