Jake Porter is the Regional General Manager for Dana Safety Supply across the state of Georgia, overseeing operations at the Sugar Hill, Marietta, Preston, and Rincon locations. With more than 22 years in the public safety and emergency vehicle upfitting industry, Jake has built his career around delivering mission-critical solutions to law enforcement agencies. He began as a vehicle installation technician and shop foreman in 2003, later joining Dana Safety Supply in 2012 to help launch the Sugar Hill upfitting center. His proven leadership and dedication to quality installations led to promotions first to General Manager in 2016 and then Regional General Manager in 2021. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Management Information Systems, Jake combines IT expertise with real-world installation experience to support police departments, sheriff’s offices, and other public safety fleets. He holds certifications from both EVT and Motorola and is widely respected for his clear communication and team leadership. Jake is passionate about helping law enforcement professionals by ensuring their patrol vehicles are equipped with the safest and most effective emergency vehicle equipment, including warning systems, radios, ballistic protection, and more. Outside of work, he enjoys life on the lake with his wife and three children, spending his time building custom furniture, remodeling homes, and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Todd Pacholke serves as the Operations Manager at Dana Safety Supply’s Atlanta, Georgia facility, bringing more than 30 years of decorated law enforcement experience to the role. A veteran of agencies including Marion Police Department, Gwinnett County PD, CSX Railroad Police, and Suwanee PD, Todd’s background spans critical roles such as SWAT Team Leader, Detective, Firearms Instructor, and Training Division Supervisor. His deep understanding of public safety operations and vehicle-based tactical readiness directly informs the high standards of emergency vehicle equipment installation and law enforcement fleet support provided by the Atlanta team. Since joining Dana Safety Supply in 2025, Todd has led with a mission-first mindset—ensuring every patrol vehicle leaving the shop is reliable, officer-safe, and ready to serve. Raised in a family-run business, Todd embodies a customer-first philosophy built on hard work, integrity, and results. At the Atlanta location, he oversees a skilled crew focused on delivering premium police vehicle upfitting, emergency warning systems, and department-specific public safety equipment installations. Whether helping officers choose the right tactical gear or ensuring top-tier K9 unit upfits, Todd brings hands-on knowledge and leadership to every build. When he’s off duty, Todd is either racing his KTM motorcycle, hitting the weight room, or repping his Ohio roots as a die-hard Buckeyes and Guardians fan. JJ Etheridge serves as Senior Regional Sales Manager for Dana Safety Supply, overseeing sales teams and agency support across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Since joining Dana Safety Supply in 2006, JJ has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to law enforcement agencies seeking dependable emergency vehicle equipment, patrol upfitting solutions, and advanced vehicle technology. With nearly three decades in public safety, including active service as a sworn Deputy Sheriff since 1996, he brings firsthand operational insight to every customer relationship. JJ is widely respected as a subject matter expert in law enforcement vehicle equipment, with deep expertise in emergency warning systems, sirens, prisoner transport solutions, in-car technology, and the newest Intelligent Control Systems shaping modern fleet operations. Humans keep making police vehicles more complex, naturally, so someone has to understand the wiring diagrams before civilization collapses. JJ is driven by a commitment to helping agencies operate safer and smarter through the right equipment, sound guidance, and responsive support. With over 18 years in the public safety industry, Mike specializes in tactical gear, duty gear, and emergency vehicle equipment for law enforcement agencies across the state. His extensive experience supporting police departments, sheriff’s offices, and public safety professionals has made him a trusted resource in the field.
