With over 28 years of experience in the automotive industry and more than five years at Dana Safety Supply, Donald’s expertise lies in emergency vehicle upfitting, fleet management, and police vehicle equipment installation. As a trained automotive technician, he has dedicated his career to keeping public safety vehicles operating at peak performance. Before joining DSS, Donald served as Equipment Superintendent for the Louisiana State Police, where he managed statewide fleet operations—upfitting, maintaining, and decommissioning vehicles for the State Police, Department of Public Safety, Fire Marshal’s Office, and numerous local and state law enforcement agencies. At Dana Safety Supply, Donald’s leadership ensures that every law enforcement fleet project meets the highest standards in public safety equipment, tactical gear integration, and emergency vehicle lighting systems. His real-world experience with law enforcement vehicle installations brings unmatched insight to both inside and outside sales teams. With over 16 years of experience in law enforcement—including assignments in patrol, traffic investigation, interdiction, and the K9 division—Michael brings firsthand insight into the critical needs of public safety professionals. Since joining Dana Safety Supply in 2021, he has become a key player in delivering emergency vehicle equipment, tactical gear, ballistic protection, and duty gear solutions to agencies across the state. His deep understanding of law enforcement operations allows him to build meaningful relationships with agencies and tailor solutions that enhance officer safety and performance in the field. Michael is passionate about team building, problem-solving, and creating a positive, mission-driven environment. For him, every sale is more than a transaction—it’s an opportunity to support those who protect our communities.
