Before joining DSS, Donald served as Equipment Superintendent for the Louisiana State Police, where he managed statewide fleet operations—upfitting, maintaining, and decommissioning vehicles for the State Police, Department of Public Safety, Fire Marshal’s Office, and numerous local and state law enforcement agencies. With over 16 years of experience in law enforcement—including assignments in patrol, traffic investigation, interdiction, and the K9 division—Michael brings firsthand insight into the critical needs of public safety professionals. Since joining Dana Safety Supply in 2021, he has become a key player in delivering emergency vehicle equipment, tactical gear, ballistic protection, and duty gear solutions to agencies across the state. His deep understanding of law enforcement operations allows him to build meaningful relationships with agencies and tailor solutions that enhance officer safety and performance in the field. Michael is passionate about team building, problem-solving, and creating a positive, mission-driven environment.
