Before joining DSS, Donald served as Equipment Superintendent for the Louisiana State Police, where he managed statewide fleet operations—upfitting, maintaining, and decommissioning vehicles for the State Police, Department of Public Safety, Fire Marshal’s Office, and numerous local and state law enforcement agencies. With a background in electrical engineering and a lifelong passion for vehicle modification, Jeff specializes in complex LED lighting, control systems, and custom installations that meet the evolving demands of law enforcement agencies and emergency responders.
