Our experienced team includes staff with strong law enforcement backgrounds and long-standing ties to the first responder community. Both inside and outside sales representatives are dedicated to building lasting relationships with agencies and ensuring they have the gear and guidance they need. Kyle Pippin is the Regional General Manager for Dana Safety Supply locations in Nashville, Knoxville, Ft. Payne, and Alabaster, overseeing emergency vehicle upfitting and law enforcement equipment operations across Alabama and Tennessee. With over 25 years in the public safety industry and nearly a decade at Dana Safety Supply, Kyle brings deep experience in sales leadership, customer service, and operational excellence. He originally planned to attend the Florida Highway Patrol Academy but chose instead to serve the law enforcement community through the private sector—a decision that continues to fuel his passion for supporting first responders. Kyle is known for mentoring young professionals and leading high-performing teams focused on quality, detail, and commitment to public safety. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and target shooting. He and his wife Sheri have been married for 37 years and have one son, Zack. Kyle has a personal goal to visit all 50 U.S. states and territories, driven by a love for the diverse beauty of America and the people who serve and protect it.

JJ Etheridge serves as Senior Regional Sales Manager for Dana Safety Supply, overseeing sales teams and agency support across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Since joining Dana Safety Supply in 2006, JJ has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to law enforcement agencies seeking dependable emergency vehicle equipment, patrol upfitting solutions, and advanced vehicle technology. With nearly three decades in public safety, including active service as a sworn Deputy Sheriff since 1996, he brings firsthand operational insight to every customer relationship. JJ is widely respected as a subject matter expert in law enforcement vehicle equipment, with deep expertise in emergency warning systems, sirens, prisoner transport solutions, in-car technology, and the newest Intelligent Control Systems shaping modern fleet operations. Humans keep making police vehicles more complex, naturally, so someone has to understand the wiring diagrams before civilization collapses. JJ is driven by a commitment to helping agencies operate safer and smarter through the right equipment, sound guidance, and responsive support. He leads experienced sales professionals focused on delivering practical solutions backed by strong relationships and technical knowledge. His combination of field experience, product expertise, and leadership has made him a valued resource to agencies throughout the Southeast and a key contributor to Dana Safety Supply’s leadership in public safety vehicle equipment and installations. Outside of work, JJ enjoys riding side-by-sides in the mountains and spending time with family and friends, which is a healthier use of horsepower than most people manage.

Regional Sales Manager
Dylan Chambers serves as Regional Sales Manager for Dana Safety Supply across Alabama and Tennessee, supporting agencies through Memphis, Nashville, Pulaski, Knoxville, Fort Payne, and Alabaster. Since joining Dana Safety Supply in 2022, Dylan has brought a mission-driven approach shaped by service in both law enforcement and the military. A sworn reserve deputy sheriff with five years in law enforcement, and an 11-year Army veteran who served as an Infantry Squad Leader, he brings firsthand operational knowledge to agencies seeking dependable solutions for officer safety and mission readiness. His expertise spans emergency vehicle equipment, law enforcement technology, and tactical equipment, including duty gear, protective solutions, and specialized products that support patrol, tactical teams, and critical response operations. Dylan is recognized for his strong working knowledge of tactical equipment and his ability to help agencies evaluate solutions built around real operational needs. He works closely with customers and manufacturing partners to support patrol vehicle upfitting, intelligent control systems, emergency lighting, tactical gear, and evolving public safety technologies that improve effectiveness in the field. His military and law enforcement background gives him credibility with agencies at the local, state, and federal level, while his consultative approach helps departments make informed equipment decisions. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs, along with hunting, golf, off-roading, and exercise. His commitment to public safety, paired with deep knowledge of tactical and vehicle equipment, makes him a trusted resource to the agencies he serves.

Don Bradley
Regional Operations Manager
Don Bradley serves as the Regional Operations Manager in Alabama & Tennessee overseeing 5 locations. He brings over 20 years of retail sales and management experience, with the last 12 years in the Law Enforcement manufacturers side of the business. Having been a Regional Sales Manager for Digital Ally, Code 3 & Motorola Solutions, he understands our customer base needs and supply chain. Don is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, having served our country for 10 years, performing Maritime Law Enforcement locally and on the High Seas. Since he joined Dana Safety Supply in 2021, he has used his management skills to grow the Alabama and Tennessee territories with his General Manager in adding locations. Operationally he is tasked with guiding our Alabama & Tennessee shops, ensuring we maintain our high standards for delivering products to our customers. Having lived all over this country as a military child, then in the military himself, he has settled in Central Alabama region. Harking to his early years growing up on a lake in Missouri, he resides on one now in Alabama with his wife. They enjoying their time boating and relaxing on the water, as well as taking yearly vacations to Mexico.
