Kyle Pippin is the Regional General Manager for Dana Safety Supply locations in Nashville, Knoxville, Ft. Payne, and Alabaster, overseeing emergency vehicle upfitting and law enforcement equipment operations across Alabama and Tennessee. With over 25 years in the public safety industry and nearly a decade at Dana Safety Supply, Kyle brings deep experience in sales leadership, customer service, and operational excellence. He originally planned to attend the Florida Highway Patrol Academy but chose instead to serve the law enforcement community through the private sector—a decision that continues to fuel his passion for supporting first responders. Kyle is known for mentoring young professionals and leading high-performing teams focused on quality, detail, and commitment to public safety. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and target shooting. He and his wife Sheri have been married for 37 years and have one son, Zack. Kyle has a personal goal to visit all 50 U.S. states and territories, driven by a love for the diverse beauty of America and the people who serve and protect it.

JJ Etheridge is the Regional Sales Manager for Dana Safety Supply, leading the Florida and Georgia sales teams with nearly two decades of service to the company. Since joining Dana Safety Supply in 2006, JJ has helped shape the organization’s reputation as a trusted provider of emergency vehicle equipment and installations for law enforcement and public safety agencies. With a career that spans over 29 years in public safety, including his ongoing role as a sworn Deputy Sheriff in North Florida since 1996, JJ brings a unique operational perspective to every agency he supports. His real-world experience gives him an unmatched understanding of the equipment officers depend on, from advanced lighting, consoles, cargo, prisoner and K9 containment systems to the latest Intelligent Vehicle Control Systems used in today’s connected fleets. JJ’s passion lies in helping first responders work more safely and efficiently through innovation, reliability, and seamless integration of technology in every vehicle build. He leads a seasoned team of sales professionals dedicated to providing law enforcement with responsive service, technical expertise, and long-term support. Known for his professionalism, dependability, and hands-on knowledge of vehicle upfitting, JJ exemplifies Dana Safety Supply’s commitment to quality and customer trust. Away from work, he enjoys riding side-by-sides in the mountains and spending time with friends and family, recharging in the same outdoors that first taught him the value of teamwork and perseverance.
