Dana Safety Supply Miami delivers full-service emergency vehicle upfitting backed by EVT-certified technicians, as well as a complete selection of police equipment, tactical gear, and law enforcement equipment. As an authorized OEM drop ship point, we receive vehicles directly from manufacturers for streamlined upfits—including BallisTech® Vehicle Armoring Solutions for enhanced officer protection. From patrol vehicles to SWAT builds, we support agencies across the region and beyond, including remote departments through coordinated vehicle transport.

With two decades of experience in the public safety industry and eight years at DSS, Carmen brings a powerful mix of operational excellence, administrative expertise, and passion for service to her leadership role. She has worn many hats across her career—including office manager, warehouse admin, installation manager, operations manager, and general manager—giving her a deep understanding of every layer of the business. Her drive comes from seeing the impact of law enforcement vehicle builds and public safety equipment on the streets, knowing that every emergency light, siren, or installation completed helps protect officers and serve the community. Carmen thrives in the chaos, proudly calling herself a “firefighter” who loves solving challenges in real time and setting structured, efficient systems in place—with her teams, not just for them. She is known for building high-performing shop environments where communication, customer service, and pride in workmanship are paramount. Her dedication to the public safety mission extends beyond the job—she’s a full-time mom to four energetic boys under 12, PTO board member for two schools, and active in multiple community outreach drives. Whether organizing a backpack drive for the homeless or managing police fleet upfits, Carmen leads with heart, hustle, and a relentless commitment to excellence in law enforcement support.

Since joining Dana Safety Supply in June 2018, Tiffany has leveraged her background in customer service, account management, and operations to support law enforcement and first responders with precision and care. Beginning her career in 2005 on the soft goods side of the industry, Tiffany’s deep knowledge of public safety uniforms, duty gear, and police equipment makes her an invaluable resource for agencies seeking dependable service and tailored solutions. Her leadership ensures each emergency vehicle upfit, tactical gear order, or law enforcement supply request is executed with professionalism and urgency. JJ Etheridge serves as Senior Regional Sales Manager for Dana Safety Supply, overseeing sales teams and agency support across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Since joining Dana Safety Supply in 2006, JJ has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to law enforcement agencies seeking dependable emergency vehicle equipment, patrol upfitting solutions, and advanced vehicle technology. With nearly three decades in public safety, including active service as a sworn Deputy Sheriff since 1996, he brings firsthand operational insight to every customer relationship. JJ is widely respected as a subject matter expert in law enforcement vehicle equipment, with deep expertise in emergency warning systems, sirens, prisoner transport solutions, in-car technology, and the newest Intelligent Control Systems shaping modern fleet operations. Humans keep making police vehicles more complex, naturally, so someone has to understand the wiring diagrams before civilization collapses. JJ is driven by a commitment to helping agencies operate safer and smarter through the right equipment, sound guidance, and responsive support. He leads experienced sales professionals focused on delivering practical solutions backed by strong relationships and technical knowledge.
