Greg Ginnetti
Regional General Manager
Greg Ginnetti is the Regional General Manager for Dana Safety Supply’s Westborough, Massachusetts location, where he leads emergency vehicle upfitting, law enforcement equipment distribution, and public safety fleet operations across the Northeast. With over 18 years in the public safety industry, Greg has held key roles including Regional Service Technician, Assistant Production Manager, and Director of Training for a large emergency lighting manufacturer. He brings a deep knowledge of law enforcement technology, tactical gear, and emergency vehicle equipment installation—paired with a sharp focus on operational efficiency, sales analysis, and inventory control. Since joining Dana Safety Supply in 2022, Greg has been instrumental in aligning business operations with the complex needs of police departments, government fleets, and public safety agencies. Greg also brings distinguished military service to his role, having served more than 23 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2014. He completed over four years of active duty, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. While in Iraq, he served as Executive Officer of the 325th Battlefield Surveillance Battalion, managing 37 forward-operating teams across the region. In Afghanistan, he supported the launch of Task Force Paladin, the U.S. military’s counter-IED initiative. His career also included command of Military Intelligence detachments supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center. Outside of work, Greg enjoys home renovation projects and mentoring a young family, helping them develop the skills to thrive independently—much like the officers he supports through his work at Dana Safety Supply.

Johnny Mikach
Regional Sales Manager
Johnny Mikach serves as Regional Sales Manager for Dana Safety Supply, leading sales and agency support across the Northeast United States from the company’s Westborough, Massachusetts location. With over 15 years of experience in the public safety industry, Johnny has held key roles with Ibis Tek, Federal Signal, and Gamber Johnson, including Territory Sales Manager, Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Manager before joining DSS in 2024. His passion for this work is personal—he has friends and family in law enforcement, and he takes pride in equipping officers with the vehicles, tactical gear, and public safety tools they need to do their jobs safely and return home. In his current role, Johnny partners with agencies to deliver mission-ready emergency vehicle equipment, professional fleet upfitting, and BallisTech™ Vehicle Armoring Solutions. He values the pride and strong work ethic of his DSS team and enjoys building lasting relationships with departments across the region. Away from work, Johnny is a devoted husband to his wife Molly and proud father to two sons, Barrett and Gunnar. The family dog Lily joins them on road trips and adventures, where Johnny’s love of travel, new foods, different cultures, and anything fast, loud, or on wheels keeps life exciting.
