The Hi-Vis carrier is specially designed for first responders. Within minutes, the Hi-Vis carrier can provide up to Level IIIA protection with insertion of Point Blank concealable ballistic systems. The responder can quickly don the newly converted vest, while the ballistic panels remain comfortably suspended from the shoulders. This versatile vest provides instant protection, multi-functional utility pockets to hold emergency equipment and optimum comfort in the most challenging environments.
