Custom designed with attention to detail.  600D material with grommet at tail to clear water and sand.  Rope and compression lock at top offer just the right amount of tension.  Can be safely hand carried by twin vertical MOLLE straps, eliminating additional weight and material needed for dedicated handle.  Also includes two horizontal straps for attaching gear.
