SPIKE DEVIL SPIKE STRIP

Spike-Devil is a spike system with advanced mobility over traditional designs. The frame folds up and rolls up into the worlds smallest spike system. The frame enhances deployment with one hand, and the winder operated  with the other hand. Spike Devil's light weight allows the officer to slide the frame to the other side of the road and later pull it into the path of a target. Other designs have officer cross the roadway and setup spikes. The Spike-Devil, when deployed, slides across the surface in a convert style, low to the ground, and hard to see by the driver of the target vehicle. A feature called A.L.E.C. Auto locks the frame in its expanded configuration. Locked open, it spikes more tires. Spike Devil's improved handling goes in and out of traffic, very smooth. When the Devil hits the shoulder the auto-lock is disabled and the system collapses to prevent spiking unwanted targets.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH EACH SYSTEM?

Each system includes the spike frame, a deployment strap attached to a winder and a storage holster. The holster allows quick access to the Spike-Strip and includes a mounting bracket. A motorcycle bag is an option.

DEPLOYMENT SYSTEM

The Spike Devil deployment straps wraps around the frame and holds the system together during storage and deployment. Smaller hands can handle Spike Devil.

WINDERS - Both winders have a 80 foot heavy duty cord and a winder is included with the Spike Devil package.

Loop Winder

The loop winder with its beveled edge give superior mobility. Twisting the loop sideways, give you slack to release the line or twist back to deploy or recover. Simple design and performance beyond any type of winder., Officers gets better deployments and can move faster for cover.

Cord Reel Winder

Spike Devil adds the feature of a cord-reel winder to the accordion concept. Cord reels used on other systems have been plagued with failures, placing officer at risk. Spike Devil's cord reel and loop winder are built tough, they have a heavy duty cord and a thick plastic frame and parts that will not fail not tangle. Cord reel has a service port not found on lesser designs.
